In Cary, popular practices book routine cleanings weeks ahead, so call early or ask to be put on a cancellation list; emergency and walk-in clinics are the exception. Across North Carolina, a new-patient exam with X-rays and a cleaning typically runs from about $150 to $350 without insurance, and many offices publish new-patient specials on their websites. Check the listing for hours, whether the office takes your insurance or Medicaid, languages spoken, wheelchair access and parking, then confirm by phone: insurance networks and providers change more often than the listings do.

Hours are published for 5 days a week. On most of those days it is open 8 am–5 pm. Note that it does not open on Saturday, Sunday. Cary is in North Carolina, in the Southeast, where summers are long, hot and humid, winters are mild, and afternoon thunderstorms and the hurricane season from June to November can change plans at short notice. US addresses list the street number and name, then the city, state abbreviation and ZIP code, and Cary follows the same pattern; a suite or apartment number such as Ste 200 refers to a unit inside the building. The map link on this page shows the exact spot.

Within the last two years, I started bringing my now 6 and 10 year olds to this practice instead of their previous pediatric practice. My children now LOVE going to the dentist! Everyone is super thorough, sweet, and encouraging with my kids. I appreciate such a wonderful service!

I’m more than satisfied with the service, I’ve gone to two other dentist offices and none have had staff quite like this clinic. Dr. Jeff Casebier with Ms. Rose were both so professional and offered a detailed explanation of all my questions. Would definitely recommend to anyone looking for a new clinic

Susan Johnson is the best hygienist I’ve probably ever had in 63 years. So caring and nice. And so considerate of my dental β€œfears” . She was fabulous from start to finish. Also, shout out to Whitney for all the help up front before and after my dental needs. Thx again ladies!

I’ve been a patient at this dental office for at least 10 years, but unfortunately my experience has significantly changed since what appears to be new management. The billing process has become incredibly frustrating. Patients are required to pay the full amount upfront upon leaving, regardless of what insurance may ultimately cover. For one of my appointments, my insurance statement later showed that my balance had been fully covered except for $2. Despite this, I had already paid much more out of pocket. I called to request a refund and was told I would receive one, but I had to call four separate times before finally receiving a check in the mail. Unfortunately, the same issue has now happened again after a recent cleaning appointment. I once again overpaid, called to request a refund, and still have not received it. In my opinion, it is wrong to collect the full balance from patients, receive insurance reimbursement, and then make patients repeatedly follow up to get their overpayments returned. I currently still have an overpayment on my account and was told a check would be mailed at the end of the month(April). It is now nearly halfway through May, and I have yet to rece

Dr. Casebier and staff are awesome. So many times you find a good doc but office staff is just...ugh. Not here. Super courteous, efficient, professional and a delight to work with. I adore and trust Dr. Casebier and he did a beautiful job with my implants. I moved out of state last September and I make the drive back up to Cary for my dental care; these folks are that good. Hoping to move back to NC this fall so I won't have to drive so far anymore! Great practice, thanks to all of you.
